The inspiration SRV...the result The most tremendous tone you'll find from a single speaker cabinet!

It has been a long time coming for the new ST-115. This cabinet offers a very unique and tremendous tonal footprint. This new speaker cabinet has incredbile frequency response. While 15s are of course known for delivering bigger bass it also always came with a softer bass...this is NOT the case with the ST-115. The bass response is both robust and tight. Being the bandwidth is spread out over a larger curve the response is slightly flatter where the mids are tamed down just a touch so they are not as in your face as many 12s. 15s used to be a hard sell because of their size and weight, but once you bring our porting into the equation that idea is gone. Right in between the size of a 1x12 and 2x12 the ST-115 it has the ability to fit most small and medium size heads on top and doesn't break you back in standard configuration. The result is a cabinet that is beautifully organic, has tremendous bottom with punch, and a flatter fuller tone with amazing balance and ultra-wide omni-directional dispersion that delivers strikingly accurate performance.

The ST-115 imparts the newest style of KW Cabs porting with 2 triangular ports on the bottom corners, that push the air out as far to side as possible.

Also available is the Vintage Speaker option. SRV was famous for using his Dumble amplifiers and one of the cabinets he used most were 1x15s that were loaded with probably the most amazing 15" Guitar speaker ever made...the EV SRO AlNiCo. This robust speaker has it all and really sounds incredible with this cabinet. This is an option and available at an upcharge of $400 and subject to available and possibly additional lead time due to us having to source top quality examples.
